How to request requirements before booking

Some services need patients to accept or prepare something before their appointment (a consent form, fasting, bringing a test). You can require it at booking.

Steps

1. Open Your Business → Services and edit the service.
2. Add one or more requirements, each with its description.
3. Save.

What happens when booking

• If the service has requirements, a Requirements section appears in the booking.
• The patient must check each requirement to confirm; the confirm button stays disabled until they complete them.
• Services without requirements don’t show that section.

Tip

Write concrete, actionable requirements (“Arrive fasting for 8 hours”) — patients see them and accept them right before booking.
