How to create a product

A product is a physical item you sell (for example, a supply or supplement), unlike a service that is scheduled.

Steps

1. Open Your Business → Products.
2. Click New product.
3. Enter the name, description, and price.
4. Add inventory if you manage stock.
5. Click Save.

With AI

• Description: use Generate with AI / Improve with AI for the product text.
• Image or video: in the product gallery, Generate with AI (from a description or from a reference image) or upload your own.

Tip

Products can be added to an invoice just like a service, so you can charge for the appointment and supplies in a single document.
