How to generate business documents

From Companion you can generate key business documents with AI help and download them when you approve them.

Available documents

• Business plan
• Mission and vision
• Quality manual

Steps

1. Open Companion and go to Documents.
2. Select a category and click Generate document.
3. Wait while it generates; it becomes Under review.
4. Review the preview and click Approve.
5. Download the approved document.

Tip

Generate the Business Plan first: the other documents (mission/vision, quality manual) build on what you defined there.
