How to create and publish your website

Your website is built and published from the Website Builder (menu Web Builder). Activating services, products, or courses only makes them available to display; the site publishes separately.

Steps

1. Open Web Builder → Website Builder.
2. Describe your site in the prompt bar and send it. The first time, the AI builds the whole site — it takes a few minutes; after that the same bar applies the changes you ask for, e.g. “add a FAQ section”.
3. Use Run preview build to see it exactly as it will publish.
4. When it’s ready, click Publish.
5. The site builds. When it finishes you’ll see “Website published!” and your site is live.

Your brand on the site

The site uses your brand — tone of voice, palette and typography — from the first draft. Before generating it, the builder tells you where it stands:

• No brand: it offers Create my brand with Sarai (about a minute) or Generate without a brand. If you go on without one, it won’t ask again.
• Half-finished brand: a notice says what is missing; you can complete it or generate anyway with what you already defined.
• Complete brand: you’ll see Using your brand above the bar, with a link to edit it.

When you publish, the site’s colors and typography are saved to your brand, so the next generation starts from the look you approved.

Which sections appear

• The AI builds one section for each thing you already have in DeusRex: services, products, courses, testimonials, FAQs and locations. If you have no testimonials, for example, the site has no such section; add some and generate again.
• In Sections you can hide any of them. When you publish, a section that is switched off does not appear on the live site.

What your plan needs

Generating the site with AI is part of the AI website add-on, included in Pro and Clinic and activated from Settings → AI and credits on Starter. Without it you still have your site from the template: what the add-on unlocks is generation and the chat-based adjustments.

How long it takes

Publishing is not saving: it rebuilds the whole site and uploads it. Expect several minutes between clicking Publish and seeing the updated site online. Meanwhile the button reads Building… and refuses a second attempt — it is the same site, and two builds never run at once.

Update the published site

• If you make changes after publishing, they appear as unpublished changes.
• Click Publish again to update the live site.
• You can Unpublish to take it offline.
