How to withdraw your money (payouts)

Payouts are transfers of money collected online to your bank account.

Steps

1. Open Finance → Withdrawals.
2. Verify that your payment account (Stripe) is connected and verified.
3. Review your available balance and the transfer schedule.
4. Check the status of each payout (in progress, paid).

Tip

If a payout appears on hold, it usually means verification details are missing from your account. Complete them to release the transfers.
