How to charge with a payment link

A payment link lets the patient pay online with a card. It’s generated from an invoice or charge and you can send it via WhatsApp or email.

Steps

1. Open Finance → Invoices (or create the charge from a consultation).
2. Open the invoice and tap Charge / Generate payment link.
3. Copy the link or send it directly via WhatsApp/email.
4. When the patient pays, the invoice is marked paid automatically.

Tip

The payment gateway fee can be added to the total (gross-up) so you receive the full amount. Check this in your billing settings.
