How to read the patient summary
The patient summary brings together, in a single view, the essentials for care: key data, alerts, medical history, recent vital signs, and recent activity.
What it includes
- Patient data and affiliation.
- Medical alerts highlighted.
- Medical history and allergies.
- Recent vital signs and their trend.
- Recent activity (appointments, exams, documents).
How to use it
- Open the patient’s profile.
- Review the summary panel before starting the appointment.
- From there you can jump to the complete history or start a new appointment.
Tip
Spend 10 seconds on the summary before each visit: it brings you up to date without opening the full medical record.
