How to read the patient summary

The patient summary brings together, in a single view, the essentials for care: key data, alerts, medical history, recent vital signs, and recent activity.

What it includes

  • Patient data and affiliation.
  • Medical alerts highlighted.
  • Medical history and allergies.
  • Recent vital signs and their trend.
  • Recent activity (appointments, exams, documents).

How to use it

  1. Open the patient’s profile.
  2. Review the summary panel before starting the appointment.
  3. From there you can jump to the complete history or start a new appointment.

Tip

Spend 10 seconds on the summary before each visit: it brings you up to date without opening the full medical record.
