How to use the posts library

The posts library gathers everything you published from a campaign and everything you imported from your networks. This is where you configure what should happen when someone comments on a post.

Steps

  1. Open Social Media → Posts.
  2. Filter by platform to see only Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
  3. Filter by source: From campaign or Imported.
  4. Review a post’s card: platform, source, status, and the number of comments and reactions.
  5. Click Triggers on the card to open that post’s automation.
  6. Click New trigger to create the first rule.

Posts published from a campaign appear on their own. For one that already existed on your network, use Add external post and paste its link: that way you can automate comments on a post that did not originate in DeusRex.

Open takes you to the post on the social network, not to DeusRex.

Triggers

A trigger replies when a comment matches what you defined. Each one has a match type (the word or phrase that fires it), a response mode, a priority for when several match, and a cooldown in hours so the same person is not answered twice.

There are four response modes: reply publicly only, send a template by direct message, hand the conversation to Sarai by direct message, or reply publicly and also write privately.

Each rule’s switch turns it on or off without deleting it — useful for pausing a promotion that has ended.

Tip

Start with a single broad-match trigger (for example, price) and watch which comments it captures before creating finer rules. A short cooldown with a broad match is the fastest way to make your account look like a bot.
