How to dictate and use the AI scribe

You can dictate the note by voice or let the AI scribe listen to the appointment and build the draft (SOAP, diagnosis, exams, and prescription) for you.

Voice dictation

1. In any appointment field, hold Cmd/Ctrl + D to speak.
2. Release to insert the transcribed text.
3. Use AI actions to summarize, correct, or rewrite what you dictated.

AI Scribe

1. When starting the appointment, enable the scribe and grant microphone permission.
2. Conduct the appointment normally; the AI transcribes and diarizes the conversation.
3. When done, review the draft that fills in SOAP, ICD-10, exams, and prescription.
4. Adjust as needed and sign.

Tip

The AI proposes; you decide. Always review the draft before signing: the professional is responsible for the record.
