How to customize email templates

Email templates define the automatic messages your patients receive (appointment confirmation, reminders, invoices).

Steps

1. Open Settings → Email Templates.
2. Choose the template you want to edit.
3. Adjust the subject and content; use the fields that fill automatically (name, date, business).
4. Save.

Send yourself a test before activating a template to see how it reaches the patient.
