How to register RIPS data

RIPS data is the information required by the Ministry of Health for each visit (purpose, cause, diagnosis type). It is captured in the appointment and used when generating the electronic invoice and RIPS report.

Steps

1. Within the appointment, open the RIPS Data section.
2. Select the purpose of the visit.
3. Indicate the cause of care (for example, general illness).
4. Choose the diagnosis type.
5. Save along with the rest of the appointment.

Tip

If you have autocomplete enabled, the platform suggests these fields based on the reason and diagnosis. Verify them before signing.
