How to generate the RIPS report

The RIPS report compiles patient visits from a period in the format required by insurance companies and the Ministry of Health.

Steps

1. Open Reports → Export RIPS.
2. Choose the date range (for example, the previous month).
3. Verify that the visits have diagnosis and complete RIPS data.
4. Click Generate and download the files.

Tip

Before generating, correct any visits marked as incomplete: missing RIPS data will cause the entire package to be rejected.
