How to record clinical history

Clinical history brings together the patient’s background information: medical, family, allergic, medication, surgical history, and habits.

Steps

1. In the patient’s profile, open the Clinical History section.
2. Choose the category (medical, allergic, family, etc.).
3. Add each history item with its detail.
4. Save. They remain visible when opening a new appointment.

Tip

Record allergies well: they appear highlighted and help you avoid risky prescriptions.
