How to set your policies

Policies make the rules of your practice clear: cancellations, refunds, privacy, and terms of care.

Steps

  1. Open Your Business → Policies.
  2. Choose or create the policy (for example, cancellation).
  3. Write the text.
  4. Save. They become available to show to your patients.

With AI

  • Generate draft with AI: AI writes an initial policy draft; adjust it to your practice.
  • Summarize with AI: generate a short summary of a long policy.

Tip

Define your cancellation policy first: it prevents misunderstandings about appointments and supports your no-show charges.
